Refund policy

Returns

We are committed to our customers’ satisfaction, however due to the handmade nature of our products we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on OPEN/USED products.

We will accept returns on unused/unopened products up to 7 days after it has been received. A refund will only be given on the cost paid for the products, shipping charges cannot be refunded once items leave our facility. Products ordered cannot be exchanged once they have been shipped, a refund will be issued after product has been returned.  We are not responsible for shipping fees on returned packages.

Again, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@nourishandloveco.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items will be refunded at sale price and follow the same guidelines as listed above.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@nourishandloveco.com and send your defective/damaged item to: Nourish and Love Co. P.O. Box  Manassas Park VA.

 Order Cancellations

We pride ourselves on a fairly quick processing and shipping timeframe. As such, order cancellations are not allowed past 48 hours and/or once shipping notifications have been sent. All order cancellations are subject to a 25% non-negotiable restocking fee that is deducted from the total purchase amount. All refunds from cancelled orders will be received with the 25% restocking automatically deducted. All order cancellations receive confirmation of canceled order emails and also emails that confirm payment will be refunded. Please allow at least 10 days for funds to be disbursed. Refund dispersal is also dependent upon your banking institution. We have no ability to speed up the refund process or guarantee when funds will be available.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach Nourish and Love Co, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
